Milford Regional asks residents for feedback on healthcare needs

Hospital planning to merge with UMass Memorial completes community health needs assessment

MILFORD, MA — Milford Regional Medical Center is asking the public for feedback on its services as it creates a plan to improve healthcare offerings to the community. The survey, available in multiple languages, will be available through the end of July.

Here’s more from Milford Regional’s press release:

Milford Regional Medical Center is inviting local residents to participate in an online survey that will help the hospital better understand health care needs and issues throughout its service area.

The online survey is an important step in the implementation of the hospital’s Community Health Needs Assessment, which outlines the priorities of Milford Regional’s Community Benefits Committee for the next three years.

The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete and is open to people aged 18 and over. The survey is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic and closes on July 29. All information collected is anonymous and confidential.
